For Group X instructors who teach the following Les Mills or FX programmes, you can transition, at no charge, to teach the corresponding MOSSA programme - you only pay for the release and video assessment. This gives you the opportunity to be certified in BOTH the MOSSA and the relevant Les Mills/ FX programme!

Our Programme Development Teams are committed to creating the highest quality programmes for you and your participants to pack your room and get more people moving!
The programmes that instructors are eligible to transition to are:

- - Group Centergy (instructors trained in BodyBalance)
- - Group Fight (instructors trained in BodyCombat/ Fight FX)
- - Group Power (instructors trained in BodyPump/ Pump FX)
- - Group Ride/ R30 (instructors trained in RPM)
